I have extensive experience as a private tutor and academic mentor and am perfectly placed to advise on educational matters - from assisting with school placements and offering guidance for both entry and scholarship exam preparation to simply being able to answer any questions you may have about your child's educational journey - which can so often be quite daunting!

As an experienced Director of Studies I have a strong understanding of the requirements and demands at prep school level; as a previous Head of Scholars I am familiar with 13+ scholarship routes and requirements at a significant number of senior schools; furthermore, having been a Head of Boarding and Deputy Head I understand the "bigger picture" - good teaching is just one of the necessary pieces of the jigsaw when it comes to a successful education.
